Notes: Marquee Club flyer announcing that the 9th National Jazz, Blues & Pop Music Festival has been moved to Plumpton. The festival was to be held in West Drayton, London, but the promoters NJF/Marquee had to switch it from London to Plumpton Racecourse.
The front of the handbill is a letter from John C. Gee, the general manager of the Marquee Club, explaining the reason for the move. He also talks about the bands that will be appearing at the festival, including "the unique, avant-garde Pink Floyd."
On the back is the August 1969 programme for the Marquee Club.
