"Rock superstar Pink (Bob Geldof) has had too many shows, too much dope and too much applause. Somewhere in Los Angeles he sits in a locked hotel room, slowly going mad. Join him if you dare on his journey through the spiraling world of insanity where fantasy blends with reality in a nightmare mix that truly pits you up against The Wall. Pink builds brick after brick in the wall-until the night he brings a young groupie to the hotel and lets out all his locked-up emotions in a screeching climax that will rock your senses and carry you, along with Pink, over the edge.
Conceived and written by Roger Waters, The Wall is brilliantly animated by Gerald Scarfe and directed by Alan Parker (Fame, Midnight Express). "Run Like Hell," "Comfortably Numb" and "Another Brick in the Wall, Part II" are among the songs from one of the best-selling albums of all time. Description:
Front Cover: Pictures of the various artists performing live at Knebworth. "A Magnificent Show, One of the best days of my life"-Dave Dee.
Inside Cover: A Concert in aid of the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Centre and the Brit School for Performing Arts.
The planning for this concert started in September 1988 our target being the 3 million pounds necessary to build a much needed new Centre for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy. So what, I hear you ask, is Music Therapy? In short, it is a way of communicating with, developing and enhancing the lives of mentally, physically and autistically handicapped children, through music. Having settled on the idea of a fund-raising concert the next step was to approach artists who could attract the size of audience needed to raise this enormous sum of money. The perfect answer was on our doorstep-for the last 15 years Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy have presented the Silver Clef Award to artists for their outstanding services to the British Music Industry. So we asked them all!
The date of the concert had been set for June 13th 1990 and all the Silver Clef Award Winners that were available on that date immediately agreed to perform, willingly giving their services to support Music Therapy.
The concert sold out instantly and it became evident that our target would be exceeded. To gratefully acknowledge the support that Nordoff-Robbins has received from the music industry it was agreed that the proceeds would be shared with a new venture-The Brit School for Performing Arts-currently being established by the British Phonographic Industry.
And so to the day itself-as host for the concert, I represented Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy. Onstage, I was overwhelmed by the size, the appreciation and the sheer good humour of the huge audience. Offstage, I was equally impressed by the professionalism and good willof the artists and their crews. A magnificent show, a terrific day-one of the best of my life. "-Dave Dee. Pictures of the bands with complete lines ups are shown.
Back Cover: "Knebworth Hertfordshire, Saturday, June 30, 1990. In aid of the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Centre for providing music therapy for handicapped children and the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology, 120,000 fans gathered for an historic event.
Opening the day is Tears for Fears, defying the rain with songs from their best-selling album "Seeds of Love." Moving on, memories from the `60s are provided by Cliff Richard and the Shadows. Following in the afterglow of The Shadows is Phil Collins and The Serious Band; then it's Paul McCartney's turn. He does four tunes, highlighted by a moving "Hey Jude," with 120,000 voices on the chorus.
It's jeans, hair and interlocking twin guitar boogie: Status Quo, veteran musicians of the 60s, who came into their own in the `70s, performs four high voltage tunes before relinquishing the stage to Eric Clapton. Eric performs two songs before being joined by Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits. The powerful duo transforms into Supergroup when they are joined by Elton John, performing two songs from his extensive list of hit singles.
Robert Plant has re-blossomed, since the breakup of Led Zepplin, performing a set of newies and oldies. No watered-down Plant here, he's sizzling when Jimmy Page joiuns him for a blistering rendition of Zep's classic "Rock `N' Roll." Next, Genesis hits the stage with a nine song medley of jukebox past along with their own material. Blaring and glaring, Pink Floyd closes the show in beaming fashion with rock's most spectacular light show, illuminating the way into the `90s . . . and beyond."
Label: White and blue Image Entertainment labels with blue printing.

Release Information: 1992 release. Documentary of the Carrera Panamericana car race in Mexico with music by Pink Floyd.
Description:
Front Cover: Picture of a race car with a map of Mexico behind it.
Back Cover: Pictures of Nick Mason and David Gilmour with their racing cars. Chapters and song titles, with text that reads: "Pink Floyd's David Gilmour and Nick Mason took to the road in October 1991 to take part in "La Carrera Panamericana"-a stunning film about the legendary car race held in Mexico throughout the early 50's. One hundred and twenty rare pre-1954 cars together with their 240 international drivers competed in the fourth re-run of this historical race. Both avid racing drivers with keen interests in classic cars, they decided to enter the Panamericana driving two beautiful, replica 1952 "C" type Jaguars. However, this film is not just the story of their race-but of all the entrants of this grueling top speed tour of the Pan American Highway, stretching from Southern Mexico all they way to the Texas vspace 2000 miles away. The magnificent Mexican landscape coupled with the handsome classic cars perfectly match Pink Floyd's powerful soundtrack. The film captures stories picked up on the road and from the fiestas specially held in each town en route, an opportunity in itself to explore the rich culture of the host nation. This is indeed the perfect setting for a racing event that includes a little of everything-the combination of drivers, back-up teams and the fiery Latin American temperament, undoubtedly adding a touch of spice! The idea of the Carrera Panamericana race was conceived by President Miguel Aleman of Mexico in 1950 to commemorate the opening of this now celebrated highway. The race quickly assumed international fame and attracted drivers and their cars from the world's top manufacturers. A series of tragic accidents and the sheer practicality of the event's organization were to spell the end of the race in 1954 in everyone's mind-this is until now . . . "
Label: Black SMV label with silver writing.
