Tape: [front / back / spine] White cart. Couple from the movie with track listing on front. Title and catalog number on spine. Stamped into the plastic on back of cart, it says:

"LEAR JET STEREO 8 Pat. Nos. 3,350,028, 3,403,868 Made in U.S.A. Pats. Pend."
